Time for yet another massive messy miscellaneous thoughtdump on (some of) the shows I'm watching! (In order from Monday to Saturday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays have a terrifying amount of shows D:)

Desperate Housewives: They keep going on hiatus that I can't remember what's going on anymore. Oh, Gabby/doll!Grace = D:

Shameless: Joan Cusack is undoubtedly the best part of the show. ALL THOSE MUFFINS, LMAO. Casey Casden was really fun :D

Castle: Why oh why aren't they together yet?! Beckett was UNF SO HOT in the flirty scene in the club, AND THEN cut to the next scene where she's interrogating the suspect while wearing the gayest vest ever, AND THEN at the end of the episode she's strumming a guitar and singing? BE STILL, MY HEART. BE STILL. And Stana tweeted pics of adorable ducklings on the set!!! :D

Chuck: Oh, Chuck/Sarah :') and baby Awesome! The latest ep with Lesley-Ann Brandt (Naevia from Spartacus) was great. Can't wait for the show to explore Sarah's background, and for us to finally see her family! Pleasepleaseplease be renewed for S5!

Hawaii Five-0: I'm watching this for pretty Hawaii and pretty Grace Park, but why does she look so tired and haggard all the time? Her eyebags are humongous. I just wanna take care of her and make pancakes for her to eat or something :(

The Chicago Code: Should've paid more attention to the pilot, but it's Jennifer Beals and I will keep watching. Watching her onscreen is kinda like watching MLP on Weeds. I have to keep reminding myself to breathe. Speaking of Weeds, I still have seasons 4-6 left to watch. Can't bear to, because that means less MLP ;_;

HIMYM: Still meh on Zoey (STELLA FOREVERRRRR) (and she's clearly not the Mother), but Kitty Purry was pretty darn adorable in the latest ep. OH, HONEY ♥

Pretty Little Liars: This show is all about Spencer's orgasmic (and ridiculous) wardrobe (a beret? really?) and Emily's legs. Also, too many guys. It's confusing.

Being Human US: WARNING: UNPOPULAR OPINION AHEAD. I actually like the US version over the original! I don't know why, because I prefer Mitchell over Aidan, and George is just precious...but Josh is adorable and Sally is less whiny than Annie and I'm starting to like her quite a bit now. It might be because I'm a bit dense, but I find the US version easier to follow. Or maybe it's because I already know what's going to happen. Hm. Either way, I like the remake, and I don't know if I'll continue with the UK series 2 :/

Mr Sunshine: The reviews were pretty good, so I had high expectations. It fell flat for me, though. Maybe because I wasn't paying much attention to it. I'll give it a few more episodes. (Speaking of which, I've dropped Episodes after just 1.5 eps. Not my cup of tea I guess.)

Parenthood: This show can do no wrong in my eyes. I knew Jasmine and Crosby's relationship was going too perfectly to last forever, so the upcoming Crosby/Gabby thing is expected. Minka Kelly is adorable, but for the sake of Jabbar, I hope she doesn't stick around. On a side note, Amber is amazing. (And I've been secretly shipping Amber/Haddie for the longest time. Shh.)

Raising Hope: It's finally back! With the best episode so far. Romeo And Romeo - definitely my favourite, even funnier than Blue Dots :D Jimmy being desperate to make a friend was the cutest thing on earth, except that Hope was EVEN CUTER ♥ Damn, this show. So many warm fuzzies :D

Lights Out: This show moves reallllllly slowly, but it's getting really good. Can't wait to see Lights back in action! The ending of the last ep was so sad :( Oh and bonus: Ella from Fringe! But that means no more Rachel and Ella for Olivia to be ~~gay~~ maternal around? :(

No Ordinary Family: Sigh, this show. I really loved the pilot, thought it was fun and everything, but it's kind of a letdown. I honestly can't see how they're going to advance the story in season two, if they get renewed. It doesn't really interest me? Idk. But I like Julie Benz, and Kay Pandabaker is too cute not to watch. Oh, and Autumn Reeser! I totally ship Stephanie/Katie. Heh. My favourite character's Joshua (the Watcher). So creepily hot, especially his eyes. I hope he doesn't get killed? :(

Hellcats: ABS ABS ABS! Huzzah, the gayness of Savannah/Marti has returned! Alice is such a difficult character - one minute I hate her bitchy guts, the next I feel sorry for her. And she looks so damn hot both ways. Damn. Couldn't care less about the romantic goings-on of the adults.

White Collar: If I don't pay attention at the start, I'll be completely lost throughout the episode. At least there's Matt Boner to stare at ♥ Kinda disappointed at the whole daddy issues trope they're doing, but hey, it's a USA network show. Character development doesn't seem to be their strong point.

Glee: I surprisingly did not hate the last two episodes since it's returned from its! :O The Super Bowl episode was great because, like, OMG THE YEAH YEAH YEAHS? The Warblers need to go, though. So sick of them and their red-lined jackets and they way they shimmy and adjust said jackets all the time. Blaine's serenading of his crush was creepy, okay. Puck's sudden infatuation with Lauren is inexplicable; the writers are bound to screw it up and offend even more people. Less Rachel = always good. I actually found myself missing the good old days when I still genuinely liked Glee and Finn/Quinn were the alpha couple. Sigh, Quinn. And sigh, Brittana in civvy clothes. candystriper!Santana nearly gave me a heart attack. BE MY NURSE? (..... the longest thoughtdump I've written so far is for Glee? gee.)

Traffic Light: Liked it more than I thought I would! Liza Lapira's character is hilarious. Reviews of the first four eps are good, so I'm hoping it gets better!

InSecurity: This Canadian spy spoof is all kinds of ridiculous, but not ridiculous enough as compared to Childrens Hospital (that shit is GOLD). Still, Natalie Lisinska is hot, and Richard Yearwood's exaggerated African accent amuses me. (Yes, I am five years old.) And Natalie is frigging hot. Of course I'm watching it.

How TV Ruined Your Life: I suppose this docu is really insightful and all, but I usually leave it on as background noise/multi-tasking fodder, so I haven't really been paying much attention to it.

Modern Family: What can I say? LOVE ♥ That really is all I want to say :)

The Middle: I don't know a single person irl who watches this. It's not side-splittingly funny, nor would I expressly rec this to people, but I have a great affection for it. Brick's little quirks are definitely my favourite part of the show. (Brick!whisper: liiiiittle quirrrrks...)

Off The Map: Started watching this for Caroline Dhavernas! (oblig: RIP, Wonderfalls) It's the first and only medical drama I'm following (watched a bit of Grey's and Nip/Tuck on TV before, but those don't really count. I watched S1 of Nurse Jackie, but it's not really my thing?), so it's a nice change. It's a tad predictable, but nonetheless, I still like most of the characters and I want to find out more about their ~personal tragedies. Hopefully this'll lead to me catching up on Grey's and House...

Community: GAH, THIS SHOW. ♥ x A BILLION FRILLION. Just watched the Valentine's Day episode, and Gillian Jacobs' hair of liquid gold is so gorgeous I can't. Britta/Paige was amusing, and so very hot. Paige was really cute, and I want her hat! Annie leaning in to kiss Britta...omfg show, you big tease. Troy/Abed continues to be the biggest bromance to ever be bromanced. Would totally do the hot librarian Mariah (those glasses). Britta's hair. Britta's clothes (so gay!). Britta ♥_♥ ...wuh?

Parks And Recreation: HEHE THIS SHOW. Leslie, Ron, April and Andy are HILARIOUS. Starting to find Chris really amusing too, especially the way he kept praising April. His speech pattern is one of a kind! Ron Swanson needs to keep those cornrows, man. Andy is just one big doofus and I wuv him ♥

30 Rock: The Jenna/Tracy subplots haven't really interested me, but I really only watch this show now for the priceless one-liners by Liz and Jack and Kenneth.

Nikita: OH DEAR GOD, HOW GAY WERE NIKITA AND ALEX IN THE "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY" SCENE? SO INCREDIBLY GAY, THAT'S WHAT. Alex's talk about their ~life on the outside, the ~lie they're living etc...just begging to be taken out of context. And take out of context I most certainly did. Plus, the almond milk Nikita gave Alex at the end of the other episode? SIGH. More Nikita/Alex bonding/kickass scenes please, less Michael. I can't stand him and his pervy beady eyes. Him essentially calling Alex a whore in front of blondie whatshisname was just low, okay. And, show, WHERE'S MELINDA CLARKE? PUT HER BACK ON MY SCREEN.

Fairly Legal: Another frothy USA show...that I won't stop watching because Sarah Shahi is so adorable. (The scene of her in a tshirt without a bra underneath - cruel, show, cruel.) I totally ship Kate/Lauren, and it makes the show even more fun to watch. I just wish Kate wasn't such a Mary Sue :/

Skins: OMG I'M IN LOVE WITH THE THIRD GEN ALREADY. Franky was such a great opening episode :') Rich was an equally good follow-up too! I just love all the colours and moods and angles and music on Skins. Like nothing else I've ever seen. Stopped watching the US version because it's just NOTHING compared to this. I've heard good things about Cadie's ep, so I'm intending to watch that. Otherwise, I'm just sticking to reading Heather Hogan and Rophy's recaps. Still haven't finished S4, though. Fell out of love with gen 2 because it was annoyingly Freddie/Cook/Effy-centric, and Luke Pasqualino's acting just doesn't cut it for me :/ I think gen 3's going to top my love for gen 1. Franky is a potential genderqueer icon (as iconic as Naomily?). Mini is so mean, but it's Skins, and ~~mean~~ all characters on Skins always turn out to be more complex than they are. Grace is adorable. Liv reminds me so much of Jal; I really can't unsee it. Matty's my favourite of the guys. He's got the whole mysterious shtick down pat, and those eyebrows! ♥ Thank goodness for no Anwar/JJ-esque characters in gen 3. The closest is Alo, but he seems rather endearing in a gangly, awkward sort of way. I can deal. /WALL-O-TEXT

Fringe: I'm always at a loss of words when I try to talk about Fringe. The story's so complex that I can't do it justice, partly because I'm sure I don't fully understand all the aspects myself. So I won't embarrass myself by trying, and just say that it's my favourite show and I will cry if it doesn't get renewed for season four and I love Anna Torv so much and she says 'GEE WHIZ' and I want to marry her.

Spartacus: Gods of the Arena: AHHHHHHHHHH! Loving the background on the characters and how they got to where they were in Blood and Sand. Crixus', in particular, is my favourite. Seeing noob!Crixus fight Gannicus (ROCKSTAR GLADIATOR!) was exhilarating. I was always curious about how/why Crixus was so single-mindedly focused on being the best gladiator in BaS, and this prequel is satisfying my curiosity. More Barca and Oenomaus is great, too. It's fascinating seeing Oenomaus unsure in his new role as Doctore, when in BaS he wielded that whip as if he was born with it welded to his hand. Melitta is gorgeous; the Gannicus/Melitta scene was heartbreaking ): giggly!Naevia is a breath of fresh air, but I saw a spoiler for the latest ep D: Speaking of which...Gaia! Jaime Murray is amazing, of course. Those slo-mo shots...ohmygod. I've never appreciated Spartacus' penchant for slo-mo as much as now. But honestly, even without all the gratuitous nudity and sexing, I'd love Spartacus all the same. Only six episodes in this prequel ;_; NOOOOOOOOOOO~

Rambly thoughts about what I've been watching, again. I shall do this in alphabetical order!

Being Human
Not yet done with the first series, don't know if I'll manage to finish the second before the third starts in January. Hour-long shows + my attention span...not ideal bedfellows. George the werewolf is adorkable, Mitchell the vampire is hot, and Annie the ghost is a tad too mopey for my taste. I'm not really hooked yet, but it's still early days. The Syfy remake looks promising, though I can't stand America's obsession with remaking UK shows. There's less leeway for suckage, since they'll always be compared to the originals.

Burn Notice
Um. Watched 6 eps of the first season so far, and the visual style annoys me greatly. Not really into it, but I guess I'll give it a couple more eps before I decide whether to stop watching it. I wish I didn't even start :/

Castle
BECKETT'S HAIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR OMGGGGGGGG. it took one and a half seasons for her hair to become epically pretty, and it was well worth the wait. Stana Katic and Stana Katic's hair.....UNF. To the nth degree. BECAUSE IT'S JUST THAT PRETTY. In other non-Beckett's hair news, Castle's relationship with his family is as heartwarming as ever. Alexis is all grown up :') I marathoned the show just before it went on hiatus. Worst timing ever, self. I can't wait for it to come backkkk! ♥

Legend of the Seeker
CARAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. ~~That is all.~~ Finally started on S2 and I'm five eps in. Cara and her modified Mord Sith costume.......hnnnnnnnnnggggghh. I've seen a bit of Cara/Kahlan eyesexing already, and I can't wait for the hardcore subtexty scenes. My brain is exploding just trying to process teh amounts of pretty. OH OH AND OMG Bridget Regan just had a daughter!!! A bb Confessor, how presh is that?! :') ~~Totally her love child with Tabrett~~

Leverage
Aw, my first fandom. Waited so long for new eps, and boom!, S3 is over in two weeks. the S1 finale (First/Second David Jobs) will always be my favourite. I think I've been too caught up with other shows to love Leverage as much as I used to.. It's scary how committed fans of a particular show can be. How do they maintain that fervent level of passion? Maybe it's just me and my poor attention span, idk. Maybe one day I'll rediscover my crazy passion for it, maybe not. Nonetheless, this show will always be special because it gave me so much.

My Name Is Earl
Downloaded this long ago, but I only recently started watching it. I think the reason why I have a soft spot in my heart for this show is because they live in a motel, and I have this ~~obsession~~ fascination with motels. Doesn't hurt that Earl and Randy have such a sweet brotherly relationship, Catalina is hot, and Jaime Pressly is hilarious. AND I'M LEARNING A LOT ABOUT KARMA.

Parks and Recreation
The six eps that were S1 were kinda crappy, but S2...just ACE. Fucking love P&R omg!!! Leslie Knope is so enthusiastic and motivated about her job that it's adorkable. I love the cast, with the exception of Aziz Ansari's Tom Haverford. I don't think Rashida Jones does comedy very well (I feel she's like Cobie Smulders/Robin Scherbatsky from HIMYM), but Ann Perkins is sweet. Andy Dwyer is stupid-sweet too! He and April Ludgate are hilarious. I LOVE APRIL. God, Aubrey Plaza's deadpanness is incredible. And I fucking love Ron Swanson and his moustache and alter ego Duke Silver!!! Hahahahaha. This show :D

Project Runway
Finally finished S8, loved both Mondo and Gretchen's collections. Mondo's colours and prints and patterns were absolute ♥, but Gretchen's collection was really chic as well. I could see why the judges were split on their decision.. Oh, Project Runway. Favourite reality series ever.

Psych
Haven't started on S2, but it's a fun show. Shawn/Gus have amazing chemistry and they're hilarious. Not expecting much in terms of character development, since it's by USA. Hmmmmmk that is all.

Pushing Daisies
Only four episodes in. JUDGE ME. Love the whimsical tone of the show and the saturated colours and the pies ♥ ♥ ♥ Lee Pace's eyebrows are adorable, as is Kristin Chenoweth's voice hahaha. It sucks that quirky shows like this and Wonderfalls get cancelled, while tons of other generic shit still stay on air.

Skins
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH SKINS. I started on it a long time ago, but then I shelved it. Just completed gen 1 today after a marathon. So fucking depressing, and it made me think a lot. I can't wait to catch up with gen 2 so I can follow gen 3 when it starts. Must prepare myself for the epicness of Naomily I know is coming.

So from gen 1... I love Chris, Maxxie, Cassie and Sid. Sucked that Chris died ;_; I shipped Chris/Angie, man. Siwan Morris resembles Katy Perry/Zooey Deschanel so much. Aw, Chris. Maxxie... Mitch Hewer is gorgeous ♥ I have major hair envy. Cassie.. "Oh wow." She scares me a little; I wonder if people like her really exist? Sid is sweet and sensitive, and generally just awwwww. S1 Tony was a douche, but I felt kinda sorry for him in S2. Nicholas Hoult is so pretty, but he has rapey eyes :/ I found S1 Jal rather boring, but I think she's the most realistic character in a way. And she was the only character who got pregnant, which is surprising, considering the amount of nonstop bonking. I think there's too much sex on the show, srsly. Michelle is...alright. Anwar is annoying. Sketch is creepy. Chick who plays Abigail can't act for nuts, is not hot enough for me to overlook that fact. Effy is...jailbait. (Kinda warming up to the idea of Kaya Scodelario as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games movie. Kinda.)

US Skins is starting in January, and it's produced by MTV so I don't have high hopes. UK Skins is...gritty and hardhitting. US Skins will probably be high on relationship drama and sex and too many unnecessary subplots. And most of the actors will probably bask in their new-found fame and run off the rails even before their careers start, yeah?

Spartacus: Blood and Sand
!!!!!!!!!!!! The first four episodes were terribly slow-moving and didn't have enough drama, but WHOA DID IT GET BETTER. So much drama and excitement and blood and gore and sex and nudity... I can't fucking wait for Spartacus: Gods of the Arena! (Plus there's Jaime Murray. Yum.) I'm sad that Andy Whitfield's cancer returned :( I can't imagine another Spartacus.. The new actor has a tough act to follow :/

He's not my favourite character, though. John Hannah's Batiatus is BRILLIANT. Glad we'll be getting six more eps of Batiatus in Gods of the Arena. I love Ilithyia too, the cunning, scheming, psycho bitch. Viva Bianca is nnnnnnnnggghhhhhSMOKINGHOT. Correction: I love Ilithyia and her boobs. Yeah, that's better. Then...Spartacus, Varro and Crixus. Spartacus/Sura, so tragic. Saddest scene = Varro's death. I CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT ;_; So let's move on to Crixus. Crixus/Naevia, so tragic. And in a way, Lucretia's love for Crixus was tragic too. SO MUCH TRAGEDY IN THIS SHOWWWWWWWWW.

Damn. I didn't expect to fall in love with this show.

The Office
Ehhhhhhhhh. Four episodes into S2 so far, and not in love with it yet. It's good, but I'm not hooked or anything. I think it's the drab office setting :/ it makes me depressed. Parks and Rec is way more vibrant.

Weeds
MARY. LOUISE. PARKER. #JIZZ. I'm done with S3, and I don't want to continue (yet) because Nancy Botwin has to be rationed carefully. WHAT WILL I DO WHEN THERE'S NO MORE MLP?!?!! Oh dear jesus, MLP does things to me. Just by being on the screen. I only really noticed Nancy's oral fixation in S3, and fuck me, is it hot or is it hot?! She's always either sucking on a straw or a lollipop or eating something, and hnnnnnngggggggghhh it does things to me. Every time shit happens to her (which is ALL the time, srsly FHL) she gets this helpless look and awww I feel like she needs a hug so bad. But damn, she's feisty. And so, so, so incredibly smoking hot. I want me some of that MILF weed plzkthx.

The entire cast is AMAZING, and the writing is excellent. Everybody loves Heylia, obvs. Celia is the worst mom ever and I love her wit, Isabelle is a dyke, Dean is a pushover, Doug is a hilarious douche, I love Andy and his also-douchey ways, Silas is a really good son underneath his badboyness, Shane is so precious and he breaks my heart with the things he says/does.

Also this show makes me want to try weed. As if I didn't already want to before.

That was all very incoherent. Anyway, DVDs! Added Community and Wonderfalls to my collection ♥ and Fringe S2, Modern Family and Parenthood are going to join them soon!! :)))))) Amazon and their sales are killing meeeeeeee. DVDs = my vice. BUT I'M SO HAPPYYYYYYYY! /caresses DVDs lovingly

SO. 2010 has been the amazing year of fandom and TV whoring. May 2011 be even better!

I haven't posted regularly in a long while, and I have so many posts stuck in drafts, damn it. I've given up on ever posting the Inception entry. Pity, because I spent so much time on it ugh. I'm just going to blog about some of the shows I've been watching. Not Fringe, though. It kinda breaks my brain, and besides, I'd rather keep Fringe in my own happy place :)

HIMYM
This week's episode ("Glitter") was AWESOME. This is the HIMYM that I love and miss. Barney's nonsense 83% statistic was one of my favourite bits. Continuity ftw! No, wait, the reality show sendoffs! I was waiting eagerly for 'Auf wiedersehen' and of course Barney never disappoints :D!

Before this ep I hadn't laughed out loud at an ep since forever... Sigh. It was going well until Punchy mentioned Ted being left at the altar, and then it made me miss Stella again T_T Ted/Stella is my OTP. No, actually it's Marshall/Lily, but besides them. Ted is my least-favourite character, but Stella is my favourite Ted-ex :(

Any ep that has Robin Sparkles in it is a fucking epic ep. EPICSODE, OKAY.

PARENTHOOD
CROSBY IS SELLING HIS BOAT. NOOOOOOOO. Like Jabbar says, he's a boat guy! He can't sell his boat :( It's really nice seeing him learning to be a good dad, though. Jabbar gets more and more adorable by the episode :D

I can't believe Amber got 2250 on her SATs :O like, SERIOUSLY? GIRL IS A FREAKING GENIUS. Who would've thought? Sarah/Amber have got to be the most dysfunctional and perfect mother-daughter pair on television. (I never watched Gilmore Girls and I don't know a thing about Lorelai and Rory, so Sarah/Amber it is.) Their scenes never fail to make me tear :') Also, speaking of Sarah, she needs to stop this thing with Alec Baldwin's brother. DNWWWWW. Obligatory: COME BACK, MR MARK CYR.

It was liberating to see Adam punch the douchebag at the supermarket, though I miss in-control Adam. But like he said, sometimes not being in control isn't such a bad thing.

DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES
I still don't care much for Paul Young and his storyline, but I must admit that it's gotten more interesting after we found out that his wife is actually Felicia Tilman's daughter :O But still, meh.

I don't know why the writers just loooooove to put Gabby and Carlos in such shitty situations T_T It's so sad watching Gabby shower all her love on Grace, and ignore Juanita. This will not end well :(

Didn't like Brian Austin Green at first, but he's grown on me... I can't see Bree and him getting married, though. Never gonna happen. Gurl is a black widow! Poor boy is going to get his heart broken soon. DON'T REALLY CARE.

BOB/LEE. I don't know why, but I'd assumed from the start of S7 that they were back together! I only realised they were still broken up in the second-last ep. But yay Gabby for bringing them back together! :) Love that they're not just the token gay couple on Wisteria Lane anymore. Well, okay, they kinda are, but at least they're both getting more screentime now. FLIPPER!

LOST GIRL
THIS IS THE SHOW THAT EVERYBODY SHOULD BE WATCHING. It's a Canadian supernatural series, and despite the stupid title and shitty promo images, I assure you it is muuuuuch better than it looks. I think Kenzi's my favourite character (her smartass quips! and she's always eating! foot soup!), but oh my god Bo. As much as I try not to (maybe I'm not really trying), Lost Girl is 42 minutes of pure Anna Silk objectification. I mean, I CAN'T HELP IT. She's always in black tank tops and leather jackets and leather pants and everything is tight and her rack is amazing and daaaaaaamn dat ass. I. can't. help. it.

I would like ~~Chris Martin~~ Dyson much more if he wasn't such a douche towards Hot Dr Lauren. I like Marti/Lewis because Lewis is a really nice guy, but I also like Marti/Dan because, well, Dan is super cute. And a great guy too, for the most part. I also like Dan/Savannah, BUT IT'S CLEAR THAT HE LOVES MARTI. IDK. IDK. I ALSO LIKE MARTI/SAVANNAH BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS SHARE THESE ~LINGERING LOOKS~, BUT THAT'S THE FEMSLASHER IN ME TALKING. Ohhhh maaaannnnnnnn Dexter is getting intense. The style of this season is certainly different, since they got a new showrunner. I can't wait to see how they end this season. I really, really, really want Deb to find out about Dexter's secret. Don't know how she'll handle it, but I just really want her to know.

This Dexter/Lumen thing... At first I didn't like the character, but now I see how she could be good for Dexter. She's the first real partner he's had, she knows who and what he is, and she doesn't judge him for it. Exactly what he needs right now. I started shipping Dexter/Lumen a tiny bit during the scene where she was carrying bb Harrison. She's certainly not ready for a physical relationship, but they give me a domestic vibe. Domestic is good. (I don't miss Rita that much because I've been watching No Ordinary Family, plus Julie Benz tweets a lot. LOLWUT, SELF. UR DOIN IT WRONG.)

Deb/Quinn really annoys me, though. I fucking hate Quinn, ugh. Disliked his character from the start. If there's no Deb/Lundy (sob), I'd rather Deb/cute Latina officer. She's cuuuuuute. Though she did screw Deb over with the leak. Never mind, hatesex potential!

Despite my intense dislike of Quinn, LaGuerta is shaping up to be my least-favourite character this season. I hate what she's become. I mean, in season one she already wasn't a very nice person to begin with, but this season she's just an all-round bitch. I was happy when she and Batista got married, but now it's all gone to shit. I feel sorry for Batista :( (but even his insecure whining can get on my nerves sometime)

MISCELLANEOUS
Just finished Weeds S1, and boyyyy am I glad I still have five more seasons of Nancy Botwin to look forward to! Every time Mary Louise Parker's face is in a scene I have to remind myself to breathe. God damn the woman is a MILF. She does things to me, okay. I think it's her doe eyes. Or her smile. IDK, WHATEVER, BOTTOMLINE: I'D TAP THAT. (Also, she and Anna Silk have a resemblance to each other. HNNNGGGGGGG)

Nikita is boring, hate Michael and his beady eyes and his super annoying whiny voice, Alex is interesting and has pretty eyes, Nikita has fucking amazing arms, that is all.

The Walking Dead needs less talky-talk and MOAR ZOMBIES. I'm fucking scared of the way the zombie hordes chase after people with their slouchy gait, but this show is so good. Too bad season one only has six episodes (three more left!) and the next season is probably only going to air in a year's time. (That's like Rizzoli & Isles. I MISS YOU JANE/MAURA.)

Modern Family & Community are the best things in life. I go on this massive reblogging spree on Tumblr after every Community ep. The fandom is amazing. Raising Hope is cute, but not really laugh-out-loud hilarious. Going to keep watching for the adorable bb! 30 Rock isn't as enjoyable this season, or maybe it's just me. Tina Fey is still my goddess, though.

Chuck is...Chuck. I love Chuck. Nothing else needs to be said.

No Ordinary Family is alright...not amazing or anything, but very watchable. Kay Panabaker is realllllly cute :3 Speaking of jailbait daughters, I'm working my way (slowly but surely) through Castle S2. My main motivation is to see Beckett's hair grow out into something less fug. I saw pics of S3!Beckett - OMFG HER HAIR IS SO GORGEOUS. Lie To Me, on the other hand, I'm having trouble finishing. Two eps to go to the end of S1, but I'm sooooo not motivated. I'm intrigued by micro-expressions and all, but the show just doesn't really grip me.

I think overall this was a more-than-decent episode..? There were emotions and vulnerability and handholding and guns and underwear and Jane/Maura adorableness...yeah, I'm happy. book!Hoyt is one creepy motherfucker and TV!Hoyt is, too. Can't wait for the next ep because it seems like it's building towards an awesome season finale. BUT PLEASE NO CLIFFHANGERS OMG.

GOD, THIS SHOW. It's srsly my new favourite show. I've been reading the series by Tess Gerritsen... Two books so far (The Surgeon & The Apprentice) and I'm so glad they lightened the show so much. Because the books are gory. Gory, gross, explicit, graphic, etc. Every description is so realistically and disgustingly detailed omg. But it's really addictive.. I'm hoping there's a lot more Isles in the later books. I see the differences between the books and the show, though the inspiration for the characters is obvious as well.

Man...the subtext in this show is so obvious that I refuse to believe the writers and producers aren't doing it on purpose. It makes an otherwise-standard crime procedural drama so much more fun to watch, so yay. This ep is my fave so far, SO LULZY AND GAY OMG. I swear my slash goggles don't even have to be on to detect the gayness, okay. Oh, I love this show :') Only four more episodes to go, though. WHYYYY, TNT. WHYYYYYYYYYYYY

Pretty Little Liars 1x10 Keep Your Friends Close

I stopped watching PLL after episode three because of the crappy acting and crappy storyline, but recently I continued with it and watched eps 4 to 9 in quick succession and GODDAMNIT THIS SHIT IS ADDICTIVE AND I'M NOT ASHAMED TO ADMIT THAT I'M TOTALLY INTO THIS SHOW NOW.

The story became more interesting and though the terrible acting is still terrible, the eyecandy makes up for it. Emily and Spencer are my PLLs, yo. Emily because she kisses girls (and is very into it) and looks flawless all the time and because the way she looks at ~~people~~ girls is so...flirty and cute. Spencer because she has a kickass wardrobe (vests! ties! hairbands!) and kickass hair and a kickass real name - Troian Bellisario, bitches. Troian Bellisario. Beat that. And the husky voice helps, too.

Aria...her huge eyes are cute and all, but her character doesn't really do much for me. She almost seems too mature for her age, maybe because she's so pint-sized? I totally ship Aria/Ezra though, because they're pretty. Teacher/student relationship taboo*? I don't see it because they look kinda similar in age to me, idk. And THEY'RE PRETTY.

Ian Harding is insanely pretty. And Diego Boneta (Alex, Spencer's country club boyfriend. HOW HOT WAS THE DANCING IN THE KITCHEN OMG) is insanely cute. He has the mother of all chin dimples! Just like how Keegan Allen (Toby Cavanaugh aka emo vampire boy) has the mother of all butt chins.

As for Hanna... I started off disliking her but now I'm just kinda...apathetic? The thing with Lucas is cute though. Lucas is so sweet, even though he wrecked Alison's memorial. ...Wait, Alison was a bitch so it's completely justified. Yeah, I like him even more now.

I think my favourite thing about this show is that there's no bitchy backstabbing or scheming or anything to distract from the friendship between the four of them. Also, it took me ten episodes to realise that the credits are listed alphabetically -__- I kept wondering why Troian Bellisario (SO AWESOME, THIS NAME) was billed first and Lucy Hale in the middle and Shay Mitchell after Bianca Lawson. I am incredibly slow, I know that now.

Some random thoughts while watching the episode:

- Aww, Hanna's mom is actually really sweet. She gave Hanna a hundred bucks just so she could go out with Mona (ugh, what is Hanna doing with this lame-ass chick?) Too bad Laura Leighton looks like an evil cougar bitch? And uh please do not have Hanna's mom hook up with Aria's dad, please. DNW.

- Of all the bad actresses on this show, the one who plays Melissa (can't even be bothered to Google her name) is by far the worst. I saw that from the pilot episode where she walked in on Spencer and Wren and her acting has definitely not improved at all. /cringe

- HANNA NEEDS TO STOP MUMBLING. I CAN'T HEAR HALF HER LINES. Speak up, blondie.

- I paused the frame to read Ezra Fitz's poem and LOL it sounds so pretentious. I expected more, Mr Fitz.

- Mona is the most basic bitch ever. The character is so boringly stereotypical! "Hanna, Mona, ripcord." WAT? FIRE THE WRITER WHO WROTE THAT LINE!

- Sigh, Ian Harding is sooooooooooooo pretty. Inhumanly pretty.

- Oh, Spencer...skanking it up with another of your sister's boyfriends. You look way too prim to be a skank. I'm glad you're with chindimple!Alex now.

- Melissa, stfu already. Ugh.

- Awwwwww Emily/Maya snuggling in bed <333 Oh Emily's dad is hoooome!

- Toby has never looked more like a vampire than now, standing in the forest looking all pale and shit. I swear he almost sparkled. "Misery loves company"? HOW MUCH MORE EMO CAN HE GET. SRSLY. GOD.

- I read the Wikipedia page on the PLL books so I'm not surprised that Hanna got run over.. But damn, did she have to be so stupid as to omit the name of 'A' in her text to the other PLLs? Why type "I KNOW WHO 'A' IS." when you can type "'A' IS ___!!!!"?! Common sense, this show does not have it.

- ARGH SO WHO THE FUCK IS 'A'?! I thought the midseason finale was going to reveal A's identityyyyy argggghhghghghhh. If they're sticking to the books then 'A' is Mona, but I think they'll change it.

- So Alison was having an affair with Ian? Melissa's ex-boyfriend? Ew. I cannot get over the fact that the girl who plays Alison is only fourteen. Shay Mitchell kisses a 14-year-old and a 31-year-old (Bianca/Maya) on this show...wow.

Ugh PLL only returns in January...damn you ABC Family for only ordering ten episodes. Now we have to wait so long for the next 12! (Damn you too, TNT, for only ordering ten episodes of Rizzoli & Isles. WHY ARE YOU DEPRIVING US OF THE GAY?)

I'VE BEEN WAITING TO SEE THIS PRETZELS SCENE AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. It made me all teary and flaily ;__; omggggggg P/H, why so presh?!??!! >___<

THE ENTIRE PRETZELS SCENE, IN GIFS:

I liked this ep, not because it had plenty of jealous!Parker and pretzels (well, okay, partly) but also because pharmaceutical stuff remind me somewhat of Strong Medicine by Arthur Hailey. Amazing book, one of my all-time favourites. (OMG I just found out that there was a movie adaptation made in 1986!!! I can't find a torrent, though. I'll hunt it down someday, legally or illegally.)

Also, like Sophie noticed, it being related to healthcare brought out Nate's dark side by reminding him of his son. The part where Hardison observed that prison changed Nate - tbh I'd forgotten that he was actually in jail for six months... Yeah, prison must've hardened him. He's more ruthless, more easy to dislike now. I don't know if that's the intention of the writers, but I do hope that he redeems himself by the end of the season like he did at the end of S2. I don't want to not like the brains of the crew.

Random thought: I miss the snazzy conference room the crew used to work in. Now they're working in the living area, which is more personal and family-like, I guess.. John Rogers said that they realised too late that the conference room was too dark and it was a pain to light, lol. Oh well, I liked the sleek feel of them in a room specially designed for their competence porn and I will continue to miss it.

I feel more squee-y and flaily about the pretzels scene as compared to the fake!makeout scenes that P/H have shared because it felt so much more...intimate. Like the "Pull your arms in." moment in The Ice Man Job. SUPERCLOSEPROXIMITYOMGSQUEE!!!!!! It's the almost-ness that really gets me <333

Parker/Hardison is my Leverage OTP and I ship them because...they're not (yet?) a couple. I absolutely adore Hardison's crush on her (right from the pilot ep!) and her oblivion/unintended flirting/mixed messages throughout the seasons. I would've been dismayed if they'd rushed their relationship because I don't think Parker is ready for one..? She's...Parker. If you've been watching the same show as me then you know what I mean.

Maybe Hardison can help to heal her, but in the meantime I'm just happy that she has weird feelings for pretzels. And I'm also happy that Hardison made it clear that he's not going to push too far or move too fast, and that he's perfectly willing to wait and give her all the time she needs. God, they're so precious. Now please advance the Nate/Sophie relationship..? I like angst, but there's been too much between them lately :\

After a Parker-centric episode we have a sort-of Hardison-centric one, and the upcoming Studio Job's going to be all about Eliot, yay. Since season one was mostly Nate-centric I hope we're getting a Sophie episode soon to make it fair!

I thought this was a pretty okay episode, a little too far-fetched for my liking (hypnosis? seriously?) but then again, Leverage is all about suspension of belief and good old (sometimes campy) fun (+ brainwork)! I foresee this Nate/Hardison antagonism to be an undercurrent this season. So far we've seen the show explore Nate/Sophie, Parker/Hardison, Eliot/Hardison and a smidge of Parker/Sophie and Parker/Eliot.

Nate/Hardison is interesting because they have kind of a father-son relationship (in the sense that Nate/Sophie are like the parental figures of the crew). I found it strange, though, that before, Nate told Hardison that he could be anything he wanted if he put his mind to it. So why is he undermining Hardison's abilities now?

I like that the writers include bits of the cast's individual talents into the show and their characters, like Beth's photography and Christian's music. Are we gonna get to see Aldis's mad painting skillz anytime soon? Heh.

Speaking of talent.....I just want to say that I still don't get the decision to cast Elisabetta Canalis in the role of the ~Mysterious Italian~. I mean, I like the character; it's time Leverage got a major recurring antagonist (Sterling...sigh, woefully under-used) and a season-long story arc to tie the cons together.

The character is a great idea, but Canalis..? I'm sure there's no lack of eligible (and more experienced) actresses who'd suit this role. And her accent...I honestly cannot stand it. Maybe I'll warm up to Canalis like I did with Jeri Ryan as Tara last season...we'll see. For now, I'll continue being distracted by her acting (very tempted to include inverted commas) and accent.

Leverage 3x03 The Inside Job

Okay, so I watched the premiere on Monday with my fellow TV Whores and I fangirled LIKE CRAZYYYYY. Thank goodness I didn't attempt to blog this entry while watching it because it would've turned into an incoherent capslocky post with lots of exclamation marks and OMFGOMFGOMFGs.

(Digression: we watched the episodes at the same time on our individual laptops so we could concentrate better. Omg trying to sync the videos to play at the exact same time was a nightmare! We took at least ten minutes for this episode lol. "OKAY I GOT 'S-O-P'!" "SHIT, I GOT 'S-O-P-H-I-E!" "WE BOTH GOT 'S-O-P-H-I-E D'!" "SHIT, MINE'S 'S-O-P-H-I-E D-E-V'!"

But we finally got all three of our videos at the exact same point [and we took a photo! HAHA], and then it was "One, two, THREE!" "SHIT, I FORGOT IT WAS ONE-TWO-THREE, NOT ONE-TWO-THREE-PLAY!" LOL. NIGHTMARE.)

OK OH GOD THE SEASON IS FINALLY OVER. How did I go from OMGILOVETHISSHOW! to this? I actually wish it got cancelled (yeah, riiiiiiiiiight) so I won't feel compelled to watch S2 and S3. But I know I totally will, of course. But I'll be watching it for 1) Puck/Quinn, 2) Brittana, 3) Artina and 4) Sue Sylvester.

And I hope they give the rest of the cast more to do next season. Come on, it's not the fucking Finn & Rachel Show. I'M SO SICK OF THEM. (I will only accept a Rachel-centric storyline if it involves her gay dads, who'd better be awesomely-cast.)

I really wish the season had ended with sectionals because it was seriously awesome up to that point. I lost interest during the hiatus and it just went downhill. I only really enjoyed the Madonna ep. I'm not expecting much from next season tbh. I can only hope it exceeds my extremely low expectations. Stupid plot will always be stupid, but at least TRY to hide it.

Oh god, I've put off watching the finale for so long. It's been one week and one day since I downloaded this ep and I'm only watching it now. - OHHH KATE'S CUTE BOYFRIEND WAS THE LEAD INVESTIGATOR IN THE ALTERNATE FRINGE DIVISION. I can't believe I didn't recognise him before!

I fully expect an explosive season finale next week. This show never disappoints with its revelations.

Honestly, I was all "meh" about this show getting cancelled, but after this cracker of a finale I REALLY WANT A SECOND SEASON! I'm willing to put up with an entire season of Mark Benford just to see the story play out. It's such a pity...the show's premise is really interesting.

- Bryce says that he loves Keiko...? Sigh, poor Nicole.

- OKAY, BRYCE/KEIKO REALLY MAKES SENSE NOW. I see it. Bryce/Nicole were sweet together, but Bryce/Keiko...they met each other in their flashforwards; what could be more fairytale-ish? That moment in which Bryce and Keiko looked at each other for the first time in real life...I loved it. Perfect.

- Nicole's flashforward finally comes true. I was puzzling all season over what she could've done that made someone want to drown her, and this was perfectly done. She felt that she deserved to drown because she felt guilty about lying to Bryce. Sigh. The guy who saved her was cute, too. But no second season, so no new love interest for Nicole :(

- Oooooh another blackout on April 29, 10.14pm! (Bloody hiatus. It would've been so cool if the dates were in sync.)

- These men in the smileyface masks are really wasting ammunition. Wtf, dudes. Is there really a need for five people to spray 21563575 bullets at the same area?!

- OK, NOW I REALLY WANT A SECOND SEASON SO I CAN SHIP DEMETRI/SIMON. Their love/hate relationship is cute! And they're both so...pinty. Pint-sizey. Whatever. Cute.

Surprisingly I didn't hate this episode and it wasn't torturous to get through! I really think it's because of the lack of Rachel and a Berry-centric storyline. Seriously, they need to cut down on those. It's an ensemble cast. All the characters should be fleshed out, not just one or two.

Wow, major wank going on over at the LJ comm over Jeff/Annie, Britta's OOC etc. The Community fandom is awesome because they have all these ~discussions~ and polls and the upcoming weekly "modules" to tide us over during the long wait, but it hurts my brain to read everything. I will pretty much ship any pairing this show so much as hints at, and that's one of the best things about Community. (Just as long as they don't fuck up Troy/Abed. Nobody will stand for that!!!)

I think Jeff isn't going to end up with anyone in the next season. Well, I hope, because as much as I ship Jeff/Annie, I don't want any Annie/Britta angst :( and I want Community to remain a happy show. I don't think Dan Harmon and the writers will disappoint us. (But I think they're going to be appalled at the major wank over this finale.)

Honestly for me, it could've been Jeff/Annie or Jeff/Britta and I would be happy. It's obviously a temporary thing. And about Britta's love declaration being OOC...I look at it as another facet of Britta's personality that we've never seen before. It's clearly a major thing for her to stand up there and admit to everybody that she loves Jeff, and it probably surprised her as much as it did us. Can't this be an opportunity to further her character in S2 instead of being a "character-killing moment"?

- I've been wondering about Tara = alter? too, and if that's true then it's going to be a bit of a mindfuck since this show is all about self-identity.

- I feel so sorry for Ted that Hany left him :(

BABY SWITCH?!?!?!!! OMFG. IDK WHY BUT BABY-SWITCHING IS PROBABLY THE MOST IMPACTFUL TV TROPE TO ME. So the guy said he knows ONE of the families involved in this - does that mean that only one Desperate family is involved? Most likely...since the ages of the Desperate kids don't match up.

I hope Orson isn't back next season, because I'm really tired of Bree/Orson. When they got together I liked them, then resentful!Orson got really annoying (and I really liked Bree/Karl), and just when I started to like Orson again after he forgave Bree, he leaves. SHEESH. Good riddance. Bree needs a better storyline next season or I will cut a bitch.

Another thing - WHY WAS DANA DELANY IN THE GUEST CREDITS WHEN SHE DIDN'T APPEAR?! I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING KATHERINE AGAIN, EVEN JUST FOR A LITTLE WHILE :(

AND THERE WAS NO CARLOS AS WELL?!?!! EXCUSE ME, THIS IS THE SEASON FINALE FFS!!! YOU CAN'T HAVE ONE OF THE DESPERATE HUSBANDS NOT IN IT! SUCH FUCKERY.

Overall it didn't really seem like a finale finale, because of the ?!?!!-ness of the Lynette/Eddie thing. I guess they want that storyline to play out further next season, but it was just weird to leave it hanging and all. Still, I'M GOING TO MISS DH T__T

- Goddamn, Altlivia has swagger. SO HOT.

- Don't really see the point of the opening title being red, but well, it's pretty.

- EVERYBODY'S BEING VERY SHOUTY TODAY. Olivia, Broyles, Nina Sharp.

- I've never mentioned this before but I really like all the Broyles/Olivia scenes where they walk down long hallways and discuss cases.

- YAY the Cortexiphan kids! NICK LANE ♥ oh jeezus, I never want to hear Broyles' creepy laughter ever again :\

- Olivia/Ella scenes are the cutest :)

- Okay, I know this is squicky, but honestly, DOES NO ONE ELSE NOTICE THE UST BETWEEN OLIVIA AND RACHEL?! IT IS SCREAMING IN MY FACE!

IDK, there just isn't the sister vibe at all. This whole scene was like two women who had hooked up for a night and one had to leave. Seriously. And it doesn't even seem incestuous to me because THEY DO NOT ACT LIKE SISTERS AT ALL. Zero sibling chemistry. Also, do Rachel and Ella have any importance in the plot at all..? The writers abandoned the Rachel/Peter thing the moment it got started (thank goodness), and then Rachel disappeared. I...don't get it.

- Walternate is "Mr Secretary" because he's the Secretary of Defense. Took me kinda long to realise that lol. A little strange seeing John Noble in a spiffy suit and looking all severe. I like our bumbly, forgetful Walter so much better.

- Elizabeth!!! Okay, other!Elizabeth. Such a touching scene >.< "I love bacon."

- Tried not to squee at Altlivia. Failed. She fired a gun. How could I not squee?

- Omg Walter got shotttttttt! And still trying to be rational. Oh, Walter..

- Okay I know this is an alternate universe but I STILL DON'T LIKE SEEING ALTLIVIA/OLIVIA WITH SOME BLOKE THAT IS NOT PETER. /irrationalfangirl But thank you, bloke-that-is-not-Peter, for taking off Altlivia's clothing. And here's a cap, because Altlivia is too hot not to perv at.

Okay, maybe I'm not really feeling the fringe (HA! ....okay) but something other than blonde is good enough.

This venture into the other side made me think a little more about the complexities of the parallel universes colliding. Imagine being born in one world, then brought into another, being raised by one mother and then meeting your other, actual mother again. And telling your actual other mother that her alternate in the other world committed suicide. Think about that...another version of yourself, committing suicide. It's mindfucking me.

It's 6 fucking am in the morning and I will not even attempt to ~analyse this episode any further. I've lost my train of thought. Hey, speaking of Lost and trains, I think their mourning fans might hop onto the Fringe train now that Lost is over. Better ratings for Season 3, y/y?!

lawyer!Jeff and Disney!Annie...AW. One hot, one adorable. And the 'professor' comment by Annie sealed it. OMG I CANNOT WAIT. Jeff/Britta was fun while it lasted. Fiercely onboard Jeff/Annie again!

FlashForward 1x20 The Negotiation

So...FlashForward got cancelled. I can't say I'm surprised, but I'm a little sad. I think the pre-hiatus slump really did them in. I was thisclose to giving up on it, but you know me...bloody OCPD. Just like how Human Target is boring the crap out of me but I'm still determined to finish it. (and Human Target got picked up for another season. WHAAAAT.)

Not much I want to say about this episode...

- Gabriel is so adorable. "YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS!!" Ha. Even more so when he's next to Mark, boring, bland, uninteresting Mark Benford. But I did like the little moment between them when Mark asked about him calling Olivia "Olivia Simcoe".

- Janis finally got exposed by Mark. ~ALL KNOWING~ Mark. Hahaha okay I think I should stop hating on Mark since there's only one episode left ~~(JUST ONE MORE EPISODE OF MARK LEFT! YAY!)~~. Sigh, I'm going to miss Janis the most :(

- Am I the only one who doesn't get/care about the Aaron/Tracy/Jericho storyline?? Sorry, but when I see desert, war, troops, Afghanistan etc, my mind just switches off a little. They're not tying the Jericho storyline strongly enough to the main plot...I kind of see the link to Wedeck/the President/future President but um, that's about it. Can't blame me for losing interest.

I don't think we can expect all the questions to be answered in next week's finale, aka D-Day, April 29th. FF seems to be one of those shows that answers questions with more questions and drags the answers out over the course of a few seasons (*coughLOSTcough*), so we're probably going to be left hanging. Ergh. I hate that.

First of all...the Blind Vice about Pat Poisonpuss turned out to be about Lea Michele and not Naya Rivera after all!!!! idk how to feel about it...like, I hate Rachel Berry with a passion but I kinda liked Lea (not that I ~know anything about her, it's just a feeling), so to know that she's exactly like her character in the show...not nice.

Damn the lousy hints in the BV about "Hollywood experience", bitchiness of the person's character on the show and then excluding Harry Shum Jr, Heather Morris and Dijon Talton, which made it sound totally like Naya. Rachel Berry is not "bitchy", she's annoying! Geesh. I AM DISAPPOINT. I hate divas. If the BV is really really true, then I think it's really sad that she's just like her character, a social outcast.

But on the other hand, Naya Rivera became 100000x hotter again just by not being the BV. Woo!

- Mercedes/Santana's 'The Boy Is Mine' duet = AWESOME. Glee needs more R&B songs!!! AND IS THIS THE FIRST TIME WE ACTUALLY HEAR SANTANA SINGING? Um, her voice isn't awesome, but she's hot, so. It's a little low and raspy. Hot. Oooo caaaatfight! Yes, we need more Santana in catfights.

- The Finn/Rachel storyline was blah, didn't really care much about it. But I do like Rachel when she's being all emo and shit and not being annoying.

- YAY they close the episode with One of my favourite songs in the worldddd! SEEWHATIDIDTHERE? And yessssssss, Santana with her hair let down again. Her hair is serious UNF.

Thanks to the midseason hiatus, Glee seems like it's never ending... I'm getting a bit tired of it tbh. I want to see this season's storylines wrapped up nicely and then it can go away for a few months. I think this show's going to burn out pretty quick. There's no way any cast can handle doing so much season after season.

I read a review of last week's episode and the reviewer said that the most compelling subplots are the ones that involve the other housewives, and I totally agree. Which is why Eddie Orlofsky > Bolen mystery.

OMG I hate cliffhangers!!! I'm not going to watch the preview for the season finale because I'm already too excitedddddd! Hm, wait. All the housewives have storylines that will be resolved in the finale next week, except for Gaby. Susan/Mike = debts, Bree = Sam's blackmail, Lynette = Eddie (!!!), Angie = Patrick.

What about Gaby? I know she'll be part of the Angie/Patrick showdown since she got the lasagne note, but the point is, Gaby hasn't had a solid storyline this season and I can't believe I just noticed it. I was too distracted by her wittiness.

But then again, Gaby's past storylines have been rather dramatic...what with her having an affair with her teenage gardener, divorcing Carlos, marrying a politician, Carlos becoming blind, having two daughters... Okay never mind. Gaby deserves a break.

This is going to be really short because I realised that my assessment of FF episodes depends on one factor and one factor only: the amount of Janis Hawk in it. And this week = ZERO. :(

O HAI ~~River Song~~ Alex Kingston...from one timey-wimey show to another. Those curls have a life of their own.

I never paid much attention to the Simon/Annabelle subplot so I don't really know what to make of it. I only realised there was a subplot when I read recaps on other websites. So, okay, the bad guys want the QED so they kidnapped his sister as leverage (I just like using the word 'leverage', woo) to make him hand it over. Okay. Lost interest already.

I like Gabriel.

Gabriel: Oh no- I don't like pickles! I don't like pickles! I- I don't like lettuce! I- I hate onions! ...I like tomatoes. I like, I like tomat- (puts tomato in mouth)

In fact, I'm going to make a gif of that moment. The music was perfect lol.

Hmm, I find myself caring more and more about Bryce/Nicole and the situation with Keiko. On one hand Bryce/Keiko seems so fairytaleish that I desperately want it to happen, but on the other hand, he and Nicole were just ~meant to be~! Keiko's the loser in this whole thing :(

And surprise! I actually didn't mind the Lloyd/Olivia moments in this episode, mainly because Mark made an appearance. Anything to antagonise Mark Benford, I like. WHY DO I DISLIKE HIS CHARACTER SO MUCH?

Another solid episode as usual...I'm so sad that this season is only 13 episodes long. Thirteen!! :( I have a ton of gifs to make so this'll be shorter than usual.

Max: Can you give me a reason why friends are fun?
Kristina: They're fun because they're friends.
Adam: Yeah.
Kristina: And friends are friends. In order to be a friend you have to have a friend.

I love the things Kristina says, haha. The role reversal with them and the two families was funny. Karma! But they invited the family they shunned over to their place in the end, so :)

Raquel is back...this time she's a soccer coach, too? Is she a superwoman or what? Her soccer team's "jerseys" were awful tie-dyed shirts, eww. Anyway, there was lots of Jabbar so yay! :D Speaking of Jabbar, it was soooo cute when Crosby tried to brainwash him into thinking he was dreaming after getting caught going to the toilet lol.

Hmm...so Haddie really is a good girl at heart after all. I never really noticed how cute Steve was until this episode because he got more face-time...with Amber. I really like Amber's character (and dude, she was working the red lipstick) because she makes it believable that someone can have a boyfriend (is the Fresno dude her boyfriend?) and a crush on her English teacher and like Steve, almost all at the same time. And she extols words of wisdom like

Amber (to Haddie): If there's one thing I know, you don't want to cash in your V chip with a cliché.

V chip, yo

Adam: I think you should tell her.
Sarah: You should tell her.
Adam: Why should I tell her?
Sarah: Because you're the oldest. Ooh, is that a hiking boot? I mean, I don't hike yet, I might, now that I have the shoes, thank you.

I looooove it when they have sibling scenes where they talk over one another and it's one big jumble of conversation. And the squabble in the car over who got to sit in front - omg so precious. Crosby is so childish, lol.

Sarah: You've always been taller than us, we've always been older than you, and the one thing we get is to sit up in the front.

There was more Zeek/Camille storyline this ep so it was great! Adam's clumsy working-in of 'economy' into the conversation was hilarious, and so was Crosby's little "speech", written by Adam, no less.

Her photos are...all Beth (NOT THAT I'M COMPLAINING, MIND YOU). Unless this is the direction they're going to take Parker in for S3, of course, which I wouldn't really mind but highly doubt. Much as I love Parker, I wouldn't want her to become some sexpot character. I like Parker the way she is.

Glee 1x17 Bad Reputation

Yay, another Glee episode that I enjoyed from start to finish! Loved all the songs they performed, which is rare for me. Ice Ice Baby is totally one of my guilty pleasures :D and seeing preggers!Quinn still gettin' down was awesome. I don't think Will's rapping is particularly good, but it is white boy rapping after all lol. The dancing was fab!

Brittany's dazed bimbo shtick is getting stale...but obviously everybody seems to think her non sequiturs are HILARIOUS so we'll probably get like three every episode. Trying too hard, writers. But I LOVE BRITTANY'S DANCING! Heather Morris was one of Beyonce's backup dancers, and no wonder! Her dancing in Ice Ice Baby and Can't Touch This was explosive.

Speaking of which...lol @ the non-Glist kids trying so hard to get a bad reputation! One of the things I like most about Glee is how every episode has a very obvious main theme and the way it ties all the episode arcs together to reflect it. It's simple, straightforward and advances the overall storyline.

I APPROVE OF THE GLIST.

Even though it was Quinn who made it (LOL omg the whole time I totally thought it was Jesse), I STILL APPROVE. MUAHAHAHAHA. And everytime Quinn drops tears, I die a little inside :( aww bb Quinn...

Olivia Newton-John... *COUGHstuntcastingCOUGH* But I really liked the Physical duet with Sue Sylvester even though it was AutoTuned to death! Mercedes's "again again again again again!" at the end...hahaha. I totally felt the same way. SINGING!SYLVESTER FTW!

I love it when Sue has scenes with her sister Jean. Though they didn't have to go the whole hog and add the syrupy soundtrack. Yes, Sue Sylvester, showing emotions, being sweet and sentimental, we get it, don't need the cloying musical accompaniment please.

Also love Sue/Emma scenes! I don't know how (considering my massive redhead fetish) but I only just realised in this episode that Emma is a redhead! I think I was too distracted by her feathery Farrah Fawcett (alliteration ftw!) curls the whole time to actually notice the colour. Emma FINALLY stood up for herself (thanks to Sue, wow) and BEST LINE OF THE EPISODE GOES TO: "You're a slut, Will!"

LOLLLLLLLMG LOVED THAT. GO EMMA!!! Second-best line: "Hey man-whore." Third: "Slut." HAHAHAHAHA. Jane Lynch delivered those lines impeccably. She doesn't need rambling speeches filled with insults and incisive wit all the time. She just needs to walk past the camera and drop throwaway lines like "Hey man-whore." and it's fucking ACE. Oh and MAJOR LOL at her calling Kurt "ladyface" HAHAHA.

Speaking of Kurt, loved how he assumed that Will had been watching Law & Order reruns. I was thinking that Will's table-banging and over-shoutiness was a little OOC, so that was a great explanation lmao.

I can forgive the usual Rachel Berryness in this episode because there was a bit more Quinn and a lot more Puck! Yay.

I'm soooooo glad that "Puckleberry" didn't kiss. But the spoilers from E! Online said that there was going to be more Puckleberry...? I hope this was the extent of the Puckleberryness. Quinn/Puck forever okayyyy. And is it just me or does Puck have moobs? HAHAHA.

Rachel's 'Bad Reputation' project wasn't as annoying as I expected a Rachel Berry project to be. Mainly because there was lots of Puck...ahem. And the opening shot was of Brittana as angels! Seriouslyyyy how hot is Santana with her hair down?! There needs to be less tight-ponytailed Santana and more of this:

I still think Santana is smoking hot but after the blind item about one of the Glee kids being a bitchy diva irl and is totally about Naya Rivera, her appeal has dimmed somewhat. And I couldn't help noticing Santana rolling her eyes as Rachel was introducing her project:

So the Run Joey Run music video-cum-"artistic short film" was quite entertaining... Props to the creepy teacher whose name I've forgotten who acted as Rachel's father hahahahaha. (Oh and Ken Tanaka is back, yay!) The montage of the guys sauntering down the hallway made me notice one thing - JESSE'S WALK IS EXTREMELY GAY HAHA. Rachel's wink at the end was funny :D

Wow...there was a lot of angst in this episode. Angst from Max, angst from Charmaine, angst from Neil, angst from Kate, angst from Marshall (finally!), angst from Gimme (if you can call it that)...

We've seen Max lose it a couple of times this season ever since the Buck/Pammy thing got outed, but how long til he REALLY loses it? I'm glad he's not the perfect/always-supportive Max he was in season one because that got a little unrealistic after a while.

I think Charmaine's the most fucked up character in USofT. I can't wait for them to explore why Charmaine's afraid of basements (and who's that Mimi character that Tara remembered from their childhood). She actually had the gall to say that Neil was running away from his problems, omg. Is she going to get an abortion? She's definitely going to split up with Nick, I can feel it. And on an unrelated note...omg Rosemarie DeWitt is freaking gorgeous.

Kate...oh, Kate. This mailing list thing is not going to work out good. So we're not going to see Kate in cutesy office outfits anymore? I am sad :( Princess Valhalla Hawkwind doesn't even have a vagina. And that's her superpower. ("Let's go to Popeye's and get some chicken." LOL)

I AM SO GLAD THAT MARSHALL *FINALLY* GAVE THAT COURTNEY BITCH WHAT SHE DESERVED!!!! Honestly, do deluded people like Courtney really exist?! It was a little trite the way Marshall mouthed off about his sister, aunt, dad and mom while they were all there, but heck, Moosh finally grew some so I'm not complaining! We need more angsty!Moosh, just like when he burned down the shed after he caught T snogging Jason last season. Ooooo. (Also, how loltastic was the scene of him fapping to a shirtless dude on his camera phone [srsly, that's enough to get him off?] and then getting caught in the act by Max?)

Speaking of T.....I MISS T! I like that Tara threw out all her alters' clothes and now she just embodies them without the added frills. Toni Collette is an amazing actress and she doesn't need accoutrements for the viewers to know who exactly she's playing, thank you very much. I especially liked the bit when she transitioned briefly (and subtly) to Alice while in her art supplies room with Lynda. Gimme scares me, though...it's so...raw, so primal. Eeek.

The ending of the episode was cute, with Charmaine pretending to be Tara (lol) and the fake laughs all around (HILARIOUS). Do the family services people really believe all that pretty, put-on crap?

Desperate Housewives 6x21 A Little Night Music

Just a couple more episodes to go before the end of S6...eggcited eggcited. But not about the Bolen storyline. I care so little about it that if it were cut out entirely from this season I would've liked it better. I like Strangler!Eddie's storyline so much more. Pity they reintroduced it so late into the season :(

But I don't mind that Patrick Logan is one goodlooking villain.

However, I do mind that Danny's Twilight hair became all poufy and ugly after the hiatus. Not that I liked the Twilight hair before. ARRGH I JUST DON'T LIKE THE WHOLE BOLEN STORYLINE OK.

Back to why I love Eddie. The way he was forcing himself to count (like Lynette taught him to do to calm down) when Tom yelling at Lynette...scary and so endearing at the same time. I know he's a murderer but I just can't help sympathising with him :(

Season 6 Bree is just...yawn. I've said a million times that I don't like her storyline and I. REALLY. DON'T. The moment they made Orson this vindictive and loathsome bastard it just went downhill. I really liked her dangerous!affair with Karl, BUT THEN THEY WENT AND KILLED HIM OFF. WTF, MARC CHERRY. (And don't get me started on Edie Britt's death ok omg she was the character I haaated in S1 and then slowly grew to love and then she got killed in the lamest way possible grrwtf)

Then the introduction of perfect!Sam...what exactly was the point? To show how ~~trusting~~ gullible Bree is? To show Andrew's insecurities? (There hasn't been enough Andrew in DH, ever.) OH I totally saw the supermarket lady = mom thing coming from a mile away. So obvious!!! Seriously. Y SO CLICHÉD, SHOW?! (So Sam's sob story about quitting college to care for his cancer-stricken mom was fake...which I totally called as well.)

Sigh...I remember the seasons past when Bree was my favourite housewife (changes every season btw. all of them have been except for Susan). One thing she's got going for her this season, though.

Still looks stunning. LOVE what she's wearing! /redheadfetish

Oh and Orson's "Wait, wait, I'm still here!" when Bree was going to speak to Sam...LOL. I miss old Orson too, when he and Bree were still together as a normal and happy couple. I hope they give Bree a solid storyline next season.

Favourite part of this week's episode was definitely the awesome tag team of Susan and Gaby! They've been getting lots of hilarious scenes together this season (like the competitive!moms episode when Gaby "kidnapped" MJ, omg LOL) and this scheme was FANTASTIC. I snorted out loud at Gaby's fake crying in the kitchen when Mike asked about her holiday plans LOL.

SO MUCH LOVE FOR GABY. Her "blackmailing" of Carlos's business partner (grabbing his hand and placing it on her ass so that she wouldn't have to lie when she went crying to Carlos that she got molested by his colleague...HAHA) and buying canned peaches for Susan (because she thought Susan was broke), SO SWEET AND SO GABY. I can't believe she's changed so much from S1.

Why do I always ramble on and on and on and on when it comes to DH?

Oh and can I just say....I miss Katherine? :( nvm I shall tell myself that she's off gallivanting in Paris with Robin. THAT REMINDS ME! LEE IS NOT BACK. IS HE REALLY GONE FROM WISTERIA LANE?! WOW, WAY TO GO AGAIN, INTRODUCING A GAY COUPLE ON THE SHOW AND THEN GIVING THEM FUCK ALL TO DO. THIS SHOW, I LOVE IT SO MUCH BUT SOMETIMES IT INFURIATES ME TOO >:(

HIMYM 5x21 Twin Beds

THIS is more like the HIMYM I love. Just the right mix of funny and bittersweet. All that wrangling over Robin by Ted and Barney (Teddy Bear and Barn Door! so loldorable) made me reminisce of the early HIMYM days when Ted and Robin were together. The blue French horn...and then at the end in Robin's empty room, with just the blue French horn in the corner. OH MY GODDDD the pain :(

I dunno how this Robin/Don thing is going to pan out...the season finale's coming soon and Don could very well stick around for another season or move to another state for a promotion or whatever. The writers could make Stella leave Ted at the altar (oh Stella... :( I liked her so much!), they can make Robin's storyline go wherever they want too.

I wouldn't want HIMYM to go on for longer than it really should, especially since Jason Segel said in an interview (quite a while ago) that he wasn't excited about the role of Marshall anymore because it was the same thing every week (something to that effect). If the actors get bored of their characters then so will the viewers.

I used to looooove Lily even when everybody else was hating on her, but this season even she's not as lovable anymore. I just hope that when the show ends, it goes out with a bang. Which means no random girl chucked into the show just to fill the role of the Mother. WHY ISN'T IT STELLA DAMNIT?!?!! Or even Victoria (the baker)! ~~or the Slutty Pumpkin~~

- Janis Hawk narrates! Janis/Demetri are totally BFFs! And omg Janis flirtinggggg! This is a great start.

- This crazy savant (Gabriel) scares me. But at the same time I like him.

- An aquarium-owner. Really.

- Gabriel reminds me of the Observers!! He pops up in photographs like them. Maybe he's just a photobomber.

- I just knew that Janis would get caught by Mark. Yay she got away. Oh noes Professor Cory screwed it up. (Wait, did he? Confused now.) Okay, I know Janis is the bad guy here but her vs Mark, I'll root for her every time.

- I THINK IT'S SUPER COOL THE WAY EVERYBODY COLLAPSES DURING THE BLACKOUT. IT LOOKS PAINFUL, OF COURSE, BUT IN SLO-MO IT JUST LOOKS AWESOME.
